Installing the app counts as agreeing.
By installing or using Black Box OS, you agree to these terms — on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you can't, don't install.
02 · The service
Software that orchestrates AI on your behalf.
Black Box OS is a software product that orchestrates AI agents to do the work you delegate. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving outputs before they reach customers, suppliers, or the public. The agents are good; they aren't infallible.
03 · Accounts & eligibility
18+. Keep your credentials secret.
You must be at least 18 and legally able to contract. Keep your credentials private — you're responsible for activity under your account.
04 · Billing & credits
Monthly or annual. Credits reset each cycle.
Subscriptions bill monthly or annually, whichever you pick. Monthly credits reset each cycle and do not roll over. Top-up packs remain usable for 12 months from purchase.
05 · Acceptable use
Don't break the law with our tools.
Don't use Black Box to generate illegal content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service. The full acceptable-use policy lives in the app.
06 · Intellectual property
You own your outputs. We own the software.
You own the outputs your agents produce for you — subject to the underlying model providers' terms. We retain ownership of the Black Box software itself.
07 · Warranty & liability
Provided as-is. Liability capped at fees paid.
The service is provided as-is. Our liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior 12 months. Nothing here limits liability where the law prevents it.
08 · Termination
Cancel anytime from Settings.
Cancel any time from in-app Settings. We may suspend for acceptable-use violations or non-payment after notice.
09 · Governing law
Thailand. Chiang Mai courts.
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Disputes resolve in Chiang Mai courts — or arbitration where required.
