Black Box OS is operated by Web4Guru Co., Ltd., registered in Chiang Mai, Thailand. When this policy says "we," "us," or "Web4Guru," it means us.
02 · What we collect
The minimum to make the product work.
We collect the data you provide when you sign up — your name, email, and billing info — together with the prompts, briefs, and files you send the product while you're using it. We also gather standard technical telemetry (device type, app version, crash logs) so we can keep the service running.
03 · How we use it
Operate, bill, improve. Nothing else.
Your data is used to deliver the service, respond to support, bill you, and improve the product. We do not sell your data to anyone, and we do not train foundation models on your private workspace content without your explicit opt-in.
04 · Sub-processors
Vetted third parties, disclosed here.
We use Anthropic, OpenAI, and other model providers to power the agents. Stripe handles card billing. Cloudflare handles hosting and DNS. A small set of operational tools (help desk, analytics, error monitoring) run in the background. A complete sub-processor list will live here before general availability.
05 · Your rights
Export, delete, correct — any time.
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from in-app Settings. For anything more involved — data portability requests, clarifications, corrections — email privacy@web4guru.com and we'll get back within a week.
06 · Changes
We'll tell you 30 days out.
If we change anything material, we'll notify you in-app and by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Minor clarifications and new sub-processor disclosures we'll surface without the 30-day window, but always before they go live.
