What happens when I run out of credits mid-month?
Your team pauses new big jobs and lets you decide: buy a top-up pack ($100, $250, or $500), upgrade to the next tier prorated, or wait for the next cycle. We never charge you anything you didn't say yes to.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings and keep access through the end of the current cycle. No phone calls, no retention games.
Do unused credits roll over?
Monthly credits reset each cycle to keep the pricing simple. Annual plans carry a 17% discount to compensate. Top-up packs you buy separately are yours for 12 months.
How does billing work?
Stripe for cards. Wire transfer on request for Enterprise. And a 20% discount if you pay in crypto — BTC, ETH, USDC, USDT, SOL, MATIC, TON, BNB, Arbitrum, or Base.
Is my workspace data private?
Yes. Your prompts, briefs, and outputs are yours. We don't train foundation models on your private workspace content without explicit opt-in, and you can export or delete anything at any time.
How is this different from ChatGPT?
ChatGPT is a chat box. Black Box is a company — a CEO who routes work to specialists, each with their own role and memory, producing real deliverables (pages shipped, emails sent, inboxes handled) instead of transcripts you still have to act on.
What if I need something the stock team can't do?
Enterprise includes custom agents built to your workflow. Scale customers can request new specialists, and we ship new roles every month as part of the base product.
